New custom WLED firmware for 15W bulb

Please provide V0.14.4 or later custom Athom firmware for the 15W WLED bulb. The 0.14.0-b1 that was installed at the time of purchase no longer works in Home Assistant as that now requires at least version 14.0

I do not want to loose the ability to reset to factory defaults by power cycling the bulb multiple times, so I'm reluctant to just use WLED_0.14.4_ESP02.bin.gz

I believe you are likely to get more and more requests like this as a lot of people who buy these 15W bulbs will want to control it with Home Assistant and as of the past few weeks that will not be possible.
