LS-4P firmware update to 0.14.1

Hi all, I'm a WLED newbie, so I apologize in advance if I have missed something obvious. I have a new LS-4P WLED controller. I'm having a couiple of weird issues with it, but primarily I can't get the firmware to update. I have tried it via the WLED Native app, via a web browser from a PC, and via Home Assistant. I have reset it a few times and started over, but no luck. I'm using this firmware: WLED_0.14.1_ESP02.bin

Though I did try this one: WLED_0.14.1_ESP8266.bin This is the firmware that the WLED Native app wants to use.

The only error I get is from the WLED Native app. I have not enabled any type of PIN or passphrase.

I have read through previous posts but not found anything useful.
