High Power Controller unusable after initial setup

Controller used to work fine for months, then suddenly went offline. I did a 10 second reset, connected to wled AP, did the initial setup. Device was discovered by WLED app and appears to have an IP on the local network. After that the device does not seem to work. Pushing the button does not make the "click" sound it used to before. I can hold the button for 10 seconds and wled AP will appear again, I can go through the setup again but LEDs will not turn on and WLED interface becomes inaccessible. Any advice or is this controller useless now?
