Firmware Update Fails

Greetings, I purchased a WLED High Power Addressable LED Strip Controller SKU: LS4P-WLED-LA in April 2023. I have been unable to update the firmware. I've posted on the WLED Discord Forum but the only response I've gotten is to suggest I have a model with only 2MB of flash so OTA updates fail but no follow up question response to how to update if OTA fails. My "Info" page shows v0.14.0-b1 "Hoshi", Build 2212222, Environment esp8266 2_7_4_7 (1). Can someome please direct me to how to update my device? Thank you very much
