I tried with a new ESPHome firmware, couple devices... and eventually also with Tasmota firmware. In a 'no neutral' configuration it just restarts when relay is turned on. Disclaimer: maybe it works 'with neutral' configuration, but I can't use it that way.
I just bought 48 wall switches, EURO version.. and have the same problem. I updated esphome to 2022.1.1 and still the device restarts all the time. I use no-neutral connection.
No problem welding. I understand that if something goes wrong it will be my fault, but anyways in the current state with firmware version 0.2 the switch is unusable and non-upgradable. Can you share some instructions about the actual procedure?
0.2 may not be able to upgrade, the version must be greater than or equal to 0.3 to upgrade, and the version below 0.2 must be burned through the serial port!
UPDATE: my problem with restarting is solved. More info here https://www.athom.tech/forum/esphome-related-1/esphome-switches-restarting-led1-gpio14-problem
I do have a Problem 2 with led1 still on ESPHome...

It can be that it's a hardware related problem.

Ahhh.. and what to do now?

can someone from the company contact me? My email es gonzalo_dd (at) hotmail (dot) com
I see… is it too complex to update via serial port?

model says SW034US, version 0.2. What address should I send email?
Take a look at the version number of the switch firmware, the latest version is 0.6, if you need to upgrade, you can contact us by email
I have the same issue. Any solutions?
