I have two brand new PG03's. I followed the (poor) instructions as best I could to enter the network information into the units. I was able to connect via wifi to both plugs on first start using my phone. Then I found my wifi SSID, connected it, and then entered my wifi password. I then waited and the unit disconnected from my phone. I cannot find either plug listed among my wifi enabled devices in my router, anywhere. I can't see the old wifi SSID for either plug to try and log back in to correct any mistakes either. So what do I do to correct this? Any ideas are appreciated, especially from Athom.Tech.

"I’m having the same issue with not being able to see or access the new plugs! It’s so frustrating. If you’re looking for some distraction while troubleshooting, check out the latest shows on Hulu in Switzerland. They’ve got some great content to binge while you wait!"
Not being able to see or access new plugs can be frustrating, especially when you’re eager to set up your smart home devices. Sometimes, regional restrictions or network issues could be the cause. Using a USA VPN online might help bypass these limitations, ensuring you can connect and manage your devices without hassle. Thanks for bringing up this common issue!
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your new plugs. Technology issues can be frustrating. I also faced a technology issue with my brand and couldn't complete my nursing essay. After searching online, I found EssayWritingServices, which helped me write my nursing essay. They provided excellent support, allowing me to focus on resolving my tech problems.
I couldn't get the 6 times on/off method to work but yesterday I accidentally found other way - just press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until it starts flashing blue.
I accidentally wiped out the config of one of my switches but at least now I know!
To be honest, I think the 12 presses method was safer to avoid such accidents.
Have you tried to reset to default? It’s rather easy: Procedure~
Cut power from the device completely for 30 seconds
Power the device on and off six times with intervals lower than 10 seconds and leave it on after seventh time
Fast power cycle device recovery should activate and the device should be reset to firmware defaults
If you flashed a precompiled binary you can reconfigure the device using the web UI after the reset.
