Human Presence Sensor - WIFI issues

I got a new Human Presence Sensor and it first showed on my phone and computer wifi network but it just randomly disconnected and when unplugging it and plugging back in and pressing the reset button. It does not show on my wifi scans. Blue light is just flashing.
